1. Booking and Confirmation

By submitting a booking request on travelji.in or contacting us via phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and we send a confirmation message with driver/vehicle details.

2. Payment Schedule

• Advance Payment: An advance of ₹500 is required to secure and confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the fare must be paid directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.
• Payment Methods: We accept online transfers for the advance. The balance can be paid to the driver via cash or UPI.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Our quoted price for bookings includes:

• Fuel charges, driver allowance, and night charges.
• State taxes and toll taxes along the route.
• GST (Goods & Services Tax) if applicable.

Exclusions: Any temple entry tickets, local guides, personal shopping, food, and accommodation.

4. Waiting-Time and Usage Rules

• The first 30 minutes of delay/waiting time at pickup is free of charge.
• Subsequent waiting time is charged at a nominal rate (explained on call).
• Vehicles are booked strictly for the designated route (Delhi to Mathura/Vrindavan). Any additional detours or usage beyond the agreed itinerary may incur extra charges.

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure timely pickups and a safe journey. However, TravelJi is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from force majeure, traffic conditions, road blockages, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control.
