Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Time Windows

We understand that travel plans can change. To cancel your booking, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98993 10080 as early as possible.

2. No Cancellation Fees

We do not collect any advance payments or booking fees upfront. The entire fare is paid directly to the driver after your trip is completed. As such, there are no cancellation fees or penalties if you need to cancel your booking.

3. Advance Notice

While cancellation is completely free, we kindly request that you inform us at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time. This helps us notify the assigned driver in time and align their route accordingly.

4. Vehicle Breakdown Policy

In the rare event of a mechanical failure or breakdown during the trip, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle immediately. If an alternative cannot be provided, a partial refund will be calculated and returned based on the distance travelled.
